Returns for Clothing and Other Products

Order change (size or model)

Please choose carefully and consult the size guides before purchase, and if still in doubt please ask for help. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed as processing starts immediately to ensure all orders are received quickly. Amendments may include but are not limited to; change in delivery address, change to colours or sizes, adding or removing items, applying discounts, full order cancellations. 

Please carefully ensure that details provided are accurate prior to placing your order. If you are unhappy with your order, please refer to this returns policy.

What items can be returned?

If you are not completely satisfied with your clothing purchase for reasons of wrong size, a fault, or item not as described, simply go to our returns centre for return approval and uploading of photos (this is important so we can assess the item - if no photos are attached your return will be rejected), once approved return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of delivery of your order.  

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of the date you received your parcel for a credit note providing the product is in original condition. Great love & care has been taken to ensure your item arrives to you immaculately and it must be returned in the same condition, making sure the product is in original packaging & is undamaged. If the return is received damaged, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange.

If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you with an electronic credit note only (unless an exchange is requested). This can then be used for you to seamlessly re-shop your preferred product. 

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, ironed or that don’t come with your ordering information (name and order number) inside the package will not be accepted.

*All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original plastic cover bag (untorn). Items should be posted within 3 business days after approval.

Please note Bohodreaming Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. 

*Please contact us in the first instance at returns@bohodreaming.com.au, we will not tolerate abusive social media posts and reserve the right to refuse a return application on this basis. 

What items can't be returned?  Swimwear, headwear and jewellery for hygiene reasons.  Handbags and sunglasses.  Seashell Collection.

Will I be charged any return fee/restock fee?

No, you are covered by our Free Return Policy, this means that when an item is returned for any reason (return or size change) you will not be charged any return fee/restock fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

How to return a faulty item?

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us within 7 days after the delivery of your order through our returns centre where you will need to attach photos of the item for a full refund.  Minor faults that are deemed able to be fixed will be fixed and sent back to you (ie a broken seam) or replaced at our discretion.  

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase (or 7 days inclusive of delivery), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.  No exceptions.

We do not accept returns for change of mind (ie colour, fabric), accessories or final sale purchases. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without being approved through the returns centre.  Multiple return applications for the same order will not be accepted.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as we will not be able to trace it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, a refund will be applied back to the original payment method for the value of your return.  If you have been approved to return an item that does not fit, an electronic store credit will be applied (valid for six months).  A further store credit cannot be given for an item purchased with store credit.  






Our story

Bohodreaming Lifestyle was established in 2018. We saw a need for boho fashion to become more affordable and not just a luxury item. Bohemian fashion was being manufactured in China by a few brands but was still very expensive. We were able to source manufacturers and provide a variety of boho-chic apparel for the everyday woman and man. To save costs and be more sustainable most items are shipped directly from the source.
