Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We are able to offer free shipping to you for all products. How we can do this is by e-packet shipping, therefore enabling us to provide you with lower prices.
We hold some stock here in Perth, mostly we ship directly from our suppliers. Shipping directly saves having a warehouse, further staff, double handling and postage costs which would all get passed onto the customer. Saving double packaging and freight also contributes to a cleaner environment.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China or Australia Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. Australia, NZ, UK and US orders are mainly shipped by e-packet which is a Postal Service product servicing 38 countries. International delivery to most other countries usually takes about 15–20 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. For your safety, due to the current COVID-19 situation with the temporary shortage of freight planes and/or quarantine measures, shipping is currently delayed on some items, please allow between 2 and 4 weeks for delivery, we cannot estimate an arrival date. All items are being delivered. We are using the fastest shipping methods available, which may be other than ePacket.
In the rare event of a parcel getting lost in transit, if you do not notify us of non-receipt within two months of your order being placed so that we can make enquiries regarding tracking, we are unable to make a claim for you to resend or refund the order. In all instances we will first endeavour to get the order resent.
