For returns of products, our office is in Perth, Western Australia. You must apply and be approved through the Returns Centre before posting returns or they will not be accepted. We are currently NOT accepting returns for store credit as we are taking a break to the the COVID-19 situation.
Due to the COVID-19 and shortage of freight planes and/or quarantine measures, shipping is currently delayed on some items, please allow up to 30 days or possibly longer for delivery, we cannot estimate an arrival date.
