Order change (size or model)

Please choose carefully and consult the size guides before purchase, and if still in doubt please ask for help. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed as processing starts immediately to ensure all orders are received quickly. Amendments may include but are not limited to; change in delivery address, change to colours or sizes, adding or removing items, applying discounts, full order cancellations. 

Please carefully ensure that details provided are accurate prior to placing your order. If you are unhappy with your order, please refer to this returns policy.


RETURNS

We hope your BohoDreaming piece brings you joy, ease, and beauty — but if it’s not quite right, we understand.  Thank you for shopping consciously and supporting our journey into soulful, slow fashion 🌿

Every purchase made with BOHODREAMING will support the extraordinary talents of the community of artisans and their families, who make each piece as beautiful and unique as you know them to be.

With this in mind, and given the limited nature of our collections, we will be pleased to offer you an exchange of size or refund as store credit to your BOHODREAMING account.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from of receiving your purchase.
  • Returns will be refunded as store credit to your BOHODREAMING account.
  • Exchanges are available on the same item only, in a smaller or a larger size.
  • We do not offer returns of any sort on Final Sale items.
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn (including no perfume scents or make up marks), unwashed, unaltered, unstained and with all tags attached. Items returned that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • Jewellery cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
  • Handbags cannot be returned.
  • Items from the Seashell collection cannot be returned as we cannot guarantee they will be returned without damage.
  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. BOHODREAMING is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Returns Process

To return an item, simply email us customerservice@bohodreaming.com.au and provide us with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for return
  • In the event of a faulty item, we kindly request a picture of the fault to help us better our product

Once your return has been approved, please send it to

Please note, the return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Upon receipt of the itemsthey will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, we will process your exchange or refund (excluding original shipping costs paid) as store credit to your BOHODREAMING account within 5 days of receipt of return. 

International Returns

Please ensure items are insured and are returned as above via registered or recorded mail or courier as we cannot be held liable for loss of such items. BOHODREAMING will also not be held liable for any import duties or taxes when returning items back to Australia from abroad. If there is a charge it will be deducted from your final refund.

SPECIAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased in our ‘Final Sales’ are final, and will not be refundable. 

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

REPEATED RETURNS

Please note, should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns we may refuse future orders.
