While the utmost care is taken to pack your jujus, the delicate nature of the feathers means that some mishaping can occur in transit. Please remove your jujus from the packaging and allow a few days for your feathers to 'reset'. This can be sped up by some gentle manipulation with your fingers and also laying them on a plat surface with a flat object like a book around the feather circumference.
